We had the great pleasure of shooting for The Dress Theory in Seattle a few months ago.  This charming shop carries exquisite and exclusive gowns for the bohemian, unique, and fashion forward bride.  Several of our brides have found their perfect dress there, so it was an honor that Camille thought of us for this shoot.  If you happen to be looking for the perfect dress, be sure to make an appointment…you simply can’t go wrong with designers like these.  In addition to carrying dresses that are unique, I can honestly say the care they approach their clients with is absolutely amazing.  I have heard only the best from our brides about their experiences and am so happy to have The Dress Theory in Seattle!

The dresses shown are carried exclusively in Seattle at The Dress Theory and  are designed by Sarah Seven, Claire Pettibone, and Winifred Bean.

A huge thank you to Skye, Abbey, and Ashley for modeling and the talented Meghan for doing hair & makeup!  Shot at our Seattle studio and the Rainier Chapter House.

I am so excited to share this watercolor themed bridal shoot created by Chesney of All the Flutter .  I love all the details and how fun this would be for a real wedding.  With vintage glass bottles taking center stage underneath a sea of red & pink carnations, this is one of the most colorful creations I’ve seen.  Complete with a watercolor themed cake, brought to us by the lovely ladies at Baked, with perfect little flowers painted on!  The day wouldn’t have been possible without some help from Camille over at The Dress Theory...our favorite bridal boutique in town.  Anyone looking for a wedding dress should definitely check out her shop! I am personally in love with our bride’s makeup and hair…those lilac eyes are gorgeous, and the flowers in her hair are such a great alternative to a veil.  Meghann Oliberos was the creative genius behind each model’s look and has been a long time favorite of ours for both bridal & fashion makeup.  We finished the day at Discovery Park and were pleased to find the sun shinning.  I hope this shoot encourages you to break out of the norm and try something new and exciting for your own wedding….it was certainly inspiring for us to shoot!

Of course none of this would have been possible without our amazing team, thank you! All the FlutterVintage Ambiance,  Seattle Farm Tables, Baked, The Dress TheoryCake Envy, & Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler!

A huge thank you to our models from TCM: Lily, Sarah, & Gordon and Thelmy from SMG!

Evan and I have had the great pleasure to continue shooting for Salua Lingerie.  Romantic, inspiring, and sophisticated…Salua is the perfect choice for any woman.  The collection has a vintage feel that is both soft & seductive.  I’d highly encourage any of our brides to check out Salua’s beautifully crafted pieces.  These images are hands down some of my favorites…enjoy & please visit Salua today!

Yay!  We’ve been waiting anxiously for this to be published so we could share these photos with you.  NonPareil Magazine is an online publication that features event designs that are sure to make any bride go crazy with ideas!  Evan and I had the pleasure of shooting this for our favorite event designer Rachel from Finch and Thistle.  Rachel is beyond amazing and I absolutely love the table she created.  A personal favorite of mine is the burlap runner that says “Mr. and Mrs.”  what a great idea!  You may also notice the incredible dresses featured…all courtesy of our friend- the talented Chrissy of Wai-Ching clothing.  Chrissy creates some of the most unique and eye catching dresses around…and I am particularly partial to her designs since she designed my wedding dress.  The day wouldn’t have been complete without our fabulous make-up artist Teryl Hawk- who we send all our Seattle bride’s to.  Finally, a big thank you goes out to our model Kara…it was absolutely freezing during our shoot and she looks stunning despite how cold it was. Enjoy this post…we are so excited to share it with you!
